What you’ll do:

• Provide operational support at the designated site while overseeing a designated portfolio of properties.
• Supervise a proficient and superior team, guaranteeing their compliance with all Vacasa policies and procedures, effective training, and proficiency.
• Respond to escalated visitor and homeowner concerns via email, phone, and tickets to assist your team.
• Cultivate and expand a rapport with the proprietors of the properties through proactive communication and establishing oneself as the authority on those properties, guaranteeing their cleanliness, upkeep, and attentiveness to detail.
• Conduct routine home maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, repairing door hinges, and unclogging a commode.
• Perform routine inspections in advance of the advent of guests and owners.
• Adhere to and uphold Vacasa metrics and standards, including NPS, standard unit appearance, and efficiency.
• Managing a portfolio budget by predetermined annual expenses while having the capacity to conduct a cost-benefit analysis.

• Assist and collaborate with your business development representative on the addition of new units to the portfolio.
