Essential Functions:

• Performs electrical wiring, system, and fixture installations and repairs in buildings. Constructs conduits and pipes in which cables and wiring are concealed. Confirms that the piping adheres to electrical codes. Installs and connects wiring to circuit breakers and other electrical fixtures.
• Perform electrical maintenance and repair on motors, breakers, starters, and other equipment that is integral to the structure.
• Maintain and re-light every lamp in the hotel, including the replacement and repair of sockets.
• Install electrical wiring for motors and related equipment, renovations, and electrical outlet additions.
• Assist in the provision of electrical configurations for conventions and exhibits, including the upkeep of electrical equipment for displays.
• Capability to aid in the upkeep of relevant records and the provision of preventative maintenance for all electrical equipment.
• Execute and maintain the sanitation of all engineering department stations in an orderly fashion.
• Adheres to the Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct established by Four Seasons in EmPact.
• Maintains competent and harmonious relationships with coworkers and superiors.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Two to four years experience in a related discipline
• Outstanding command of English
• Service with an attention to detail and a passion for luxury hospitality.
