  • Coordinate meetings before construction with the Superintendent and Project Safety Manager.
  • Ensure subcontractors attend training under WorkSafeBC regulations.
  • Implement employee orientation programs for newly hired personnel and uphold documentation of their attendance.
  • Compile job hazard analyses and pre-task plans for all project contractors.
  • Maintain records of safety meetings on subcontractor toolboxes.
  • As required, furnish the Project Safety Manager with safety reports.
  • Perform safety audits and propose corrective measures under company policy.
