You will be responsible for creating and revising design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, and specifications for assigned projects. This individual collaborates with the project manager on design, delivery, research, development, and calculations. Implements engineering procedures, methods, and standards of design for projects of varying sizes and degrees of difficulty.

Implements technical expertise and knowledge to resolve design-related issues or problems. Assists the project manager in meeting deadlines through communication with clients and the generation of innovative solutions to problems. Employs cutting-edge technical and drawing instruments, programs, and software to generate comprehensive and conceptual designs and calculations that facilitate the successful completion of the project. Capable of mentoring, instructing, and evaluating the work of junior engineers while providing constructive criticism. You will contribute to the smooth completion of a variety of initiatives for HNTB’s clients as a member of the team.

What You’re Going to Do:
