• During your designated work shift, you are required to have a secure, interruption-free, and quiet workplace with no conflicting obligations. (Among the potentially conflicting obligations is the care of a family member.)
• Internet access via DSL, fiber, or cable that is physically connected to a modem or router through Ethernet in your home office is required. (Internet service via dial-up, wireless, mobile hotspot, or satellite is not operational.)
• Your hardwired Internet connection must satisfy the following minimum requirements for speed:
• Download speeds of at least 20 Mbps
• Upload a minimum bandwidth of 3 Mbps.
• Ping of 100 milliseconds or less
